An e Bay seller opened a case against me for non-payment.

However, the item was paid for at time of order via Pay Pal and funds withdrawn from my account. But on Pay Pal it says "[email protected] has not accepted payment". I've tried contracting the seller and e Bay but no response.

Hi I purchased a service from a seller, i didn't notice that it is different than the purchase i used to made .

So, i basically authorized someone to take money from me, but the fact is i only want pay it for 1 time, i don't want pay the seller in the next month or forever, just 1 time is enough.

And now opened a case to get paid again which would still be official and incur fees.

Unless seller plans to do a deal to pay outside of ebay?Authorization can be done by providers for various reasons and security is one of them.Your account access has been limited for the following reason(s): Jun 16, 2016: You're only allowed to have one personal and one business account. It does not give them permission to take money out more than the authorised amount, and only allows it once.Nothing to worry about, and "calling them ASAP" is completely unnecessary.I've sent the transaction ID and other details to e Bay via their online dispute form but haven't heard back yet (maybe due to the weekend?
